Sprout+ Nutrition FactsThis is a basic multivitamin for woman.  It is the Sprout+ Supplement Factsmost economical Babykixx formulation for pregnant woman with no known risks.  Every women of childbearing age should take a multivitamin with folic acid.  This formulation is ideal for woman who already eat a healthy diet rich in calcium, proteins and vegetables.

Iron is optional because Iron can upset pregnant woman's tummy when their hormones are highest which tends to be during the first and third trimesters.  Iron is strongly recommended during the second trimester when a pregnant woman's blood volume increases significantly.

Sprout does not contain Omega3s.Vegetarians or vegans may benefit from adding Omega3 which includes DHA.  Omega3s are available in all other Babykixx formulations.
